Refund & Cancellation Policy

Serial subscriptions are sold and billed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or via the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds

If you're not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge. Renewal charges are not refundable — but you can cancel at any time (see above) to avoid future renewals. The first-charge refund is available once per customer; if you've previously received a refund, later subscriptions are not eligible.

Because Paddle is our Merchant of Record, refunds are processed by Paddle and may also be requested directly through Paddle, subject to Paddle's own buyer terms.
